The purpose this article is to explain pedagogically the meaning of the drug abuse term. As also the child abuse compound word and their technical synonyms, seeking to solve a problem of semantic lexicology; since these words semi-specialized are characterized by admitting these two phenomena (in) necessary and (dis) functional, as the lexical ambiguity and the paronymy in this language of specialties related with the medicine.
